Martingale collars are great for use with all dogs but especially dogs with slimmer necks who may easily slip out of a regular collar. The 2nd loop at the front of the collar allows for a closure if your dog is to back away or put pressure on the lead. These collard are brilliant when used correctly and safely.
When measuring your dog please measure around the middle of the neck where you want the collar to sit - you want a snug fit but not tight. as these collars slip over the head for removal and therefore should not be left unattended while wearing.
